As a security measure, all residents are required to have a vehicle sticker, placed on the lower most corner of the windshield, on the drivers side. This sticker will identify your vehicle to our security personnel when entering Twin Lakes in the evening hours, allowing access without the normal screening procedure for visitors.
Vehicle stickers also identify your vehicle as an authorized resident when parked at the community pool, park or other facilities. Please insure that each of your vehicles has a Twin Lakes vehicle sticker and notify us should you sell or dispose of a previously registered vehicle so we may update our records.
