Purpose: To perform routine inspections of the community and respond to any complaints, in order to ensure each lot remains in full compliance with the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and any Community Rules established and approved by the Board of Directors.
Area of Responsibility: The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Committee (CCR) inspects all lots and structures within the boundaries of the Twin Lakes of Brandon.
Committee Membership:
1. The committee chairperson shall be a member of the Board of Directors and will represent the committee at all Board Meetings.
2.Membership will consist of the chairperson and up to five Twin Lakes homeowners in good standing with the TLBHOA.
3. All committee members shall be approved by the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
1. Monthly routine inspections of the entire community.
2. Random periodic inspections of the entire community.
3. Specific inspections in response to complaints or specific known violations.
4. Monthly meetings to review the results of the inspections and make decisions of the appropriate course of action to be taken by the Association to obtain compliance.
5. Bring any violations requiring legal action for enforcement to the Board of Directors for review and a vote.
