Purpose:To oversee the condition and maintenance of the common areas, assets and property of Twin Lakes of Brandon Homeowners Association (TLBHOA) and to report to the Twin Lakes Board of Directors.
Area of Responsibility:Area includes all common areas to include the park, sports facilities, Pool, Lake Michaela and portion of Lake Stearns.
Committee Membership:
1. The committee chairperson shall be a member of the Board of Directors and will represent the committee at all Board Meetings.
2.Membership will consist of the chairperson and up to five Twin Lakes homeowners in good standing with the TLBHOA.
3. All committee members shall be approved by the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the eyes and ears for the Association as an oversight committee on all maintenance of the lake and common areas within Twin Lakes of Brandon.
2. Be familiar with all Twin Lakes of Brandon Homeowner's Association, Inc.'s contracts which pertain to maintenance of the grounds, pool and lake in order to report non-conformance with the provisions of said contracts.
