Twin Lakes of Brandon has five committees that have been established and approved by the Board of Directors. They are as follows:

These five committees are chaired by one of the existing Board Members and comprised of residents who have volunteered their service to a particular committee. The Board of Directors makes the appointment of a chairperson to head each of the committees and is charged with establishing the rules for the committee.
General rules for each Committee include:
1. The committee chairperson shall be a member of the Board of Directors and will represent the committee at all Board Meetings.
2.Membership will consist of the chairperson and up to five Twin Lakes homeowners in good standing with the TLBHOA.
3. All committee members shall be approved by the Board of Directors.
