Board of Directors Meetings are held monthly and you will find links to the minutes taken at each of these monthly Board Meetings below.
The minutes are posted approximately six weeks after the meeting is held since the Board of Directors must first review and approve the minutes before posting. That approval occurs at the following month's meeting and then they are published to this web page.
