Twin Lakes of Brandon is now set-up to accept payment of your quarterly assessment payments online. The Association believes this service will provide our residents a quick, secure, convenient way to pay assessments. There are two options you may select when you are online:
Enter information for making a One Time Assessment Payment.
Create a Recurring Assessment Payment account by registration and login.
To make a onetime payment simply click on the link above “Pay Assessment Online”. This will direct you to the secure Smartstreet Online Payment page which is a service of RBC Centura Bank. This site is again, a secure website hosted by the bank.
On that page there are choices for One Time Payment or Recurring Assessment Payment. For one-time payment there is a selection for e-check or credit card. You may pay by e-check as a free service or by credit card with a $5.00 service fee. This $5.00 processing fee is automatically added to your payment amount if using a credit card. You may use your American Express, Discover Card or a MasterCard for this payment. Selecting to pay by e-check or credit card and clicking “Go” will take you to the payment information page.
On the top of this page type in “Twin Lakes” in the Association box and click “Find” then click on the Twin Lakes of Brandon Homeowners Association (FL) that appears in blue. This will insure your payment is properly posted to our Association.
Then simply enter your name address and payment information required and click “Continue”. The information you have entered will show for your review and if correct, simply click “Continue” to process the payment. You may also print yourself a payment confirmation here.
If you want to , you can create a registration and login. This is similar except it will save all your information so you may use the service in the future or set-up automatic payments without having to re-enter all the information. The Board of Directors hopes you will find this online payment service helpful and asks all residents to please remember it is very important to pay your assessments on time and avoid late fees.
