Twin Lake’s mailbox posts are now available in lightweight concrete which will be substantially stronger and will avoid rot and termites.Mailbox posts may be purchased from: Concrete Replicas, Inc. by contacting the Association’s management company Communities of America, Inc. at (813) 685-6473
Single mailbox posts are $380 (plus tax) installed. Double mailbox post are $445 (plus tax) installed.
This will include the transfer of your current mailbox and removal of your old post.These prices represent a substantial savings over the costs of the old wooden posts from the original manufacturer and are anticipated to last far longer.
Homeowners are not required to purchase their mailbox post from any particular company, they simply must match the original mailbox post installed by the developer.The original manufacturer used by the developer was Creative Mailboxes in Tampa.As of June 2009 however, they no longer manufacture wooden replacement posts to match the Twin Lakes posts.
